Build habits you actually keep

HabitKeep turns what you mean to do into a daily list you can actually finish. Track check-offs, counts, or timers, keep streaks alive through vacations, and watch a whole year fill in — on your iPhone, your Home Screen, and your Apple Watch.

Everything you need to keep a streak going

Track any kind of habit

Simple check-offs, step-by-step counts, custom values like glasses of water or pages read, or a built-in timer with a Live Activity that keeps running on your Lock Screen.

A schedule that fits real life

Repeat every day, on chosen weekdays, every few days, or a set number of times per week or month. Schedule goal changes ahead of time and keep the full history.

Vacation mode

Going away? Pause habits for a date range instead of breaking your streak. Paused days count as neither a miss nor a completion, everywhere in the app.

Streaks, stats and insights

Current and longest streaks, completion rate, an adaptive trend chart, a weekday heatmap, and a full-year contribution grid. Step back through past periods or compare two side by side.

Apple Health does the logging

Steps, workouts, sleep, water and 58 other metrics can fill your habits in by themselves, so movement goals tick off without you touching the app.

Reminders that reach you

Reminders per habit or per category, plus a daily check-in nudge. Mirror them into the Calendar app so your habits sit alongside everything else in your day.

Widgets, Apple Watch and Siri

14 Home Screen widget styles, many with tap-to-check-off. A full Apple Watch app with its own habit list, logging, and mini contribution grid. Log a habit or start a timer with Siri, hands-free.

Achievements and your year, Wrapped

Unlock 37 achievement badges as momentum builds, then close out the year with a Wrapped-style recap and a share card worth posting.

Your data stays yours

iCloud keeps every device in step, and you can switch it off. Export and import everything as JSON, or start over with Fresh Start whenever you like.

How it works

  1. Add a habit and pick how it's tracked — a check-off, a count, a custom amount, or a timer.
  2. Choose when it repeats, and set a reminder if you want one. Apple Health can log some habits for you.
  3. Tick it off each day from the list, a Home Screen widget, your Apple Watch, or Siri.
  4. Watch the streak build, the year grid fill in, and the badges unlock — then get your Wrapped recap at the end of the year.

Free and Pro

HabitKeep is free to use. Pro lifts the habit limit and unlocks Health and Calendar sync, advanced statistics, every widget, and your yearly Wrapped — and removes ads. Available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Limits apply when you create something, never when it's shown. If Pro lapses you keep every habit you already made, all of its history, and can carry on logging it.

Coming soon to the App Store

HabitKeep is in final testing on iPhone and Apple Watch. Read the blog in the meantime, and check back here for the App Store link.
